Italy Softball Trip 2023

Caliendo Sports softball team will be competing as they travel throughout the beautiful countryside of Italy from July 28 to August 7, 2023.

Join our Caliendo Sports softball team for this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play softball and explore the culture of one of the most beautiful countries in the world, Italy.

Players will learn daily from veteran coaches the fundamentals of softball and finer aspects of the game through scrimmages and competitive games against local Italian teams.

This trip promises to be a truly amazing experience, which should be and has been shared in the past with family and friends as well. We strongly encourage parents, siblings, extended family members and friends to come along to enjoy international baseball and the Italian culture with us!

We will be selecting 12-14 players ages 14-17 years old to represent the Caliendo Sports softball team.

The towns we will visit and/or play in are Rome, Rovigo, Florence, Venice, Siena, Verona and we will Also visit some small towns that we will visit to show you the great lifestyles of Italians.

Everyone must travel through the Caliendo Sports International Baseball Team package. No exceptions.

❖ Lunch is on your own each day while you get a chance to visit, shop and have time on your own.

Donation letter:

Players can raise money to pay for partial or the whole trip. We have a donation letter which works if you send it to everyone you know. Inquire about the donation letter.

Airfare:

You will receive specific instructions on how to book and pay for your flights. Also, on when to depart and arrive at that country.

Supervision:

Any players traveling alone will be supervised by our staff. Players will be with the group the whole trip and are never allowed to go alone anywhere.

July 31, off to Venice, back for game in Rovigo
August 1, Visit Verona, back to Rovigo game

August 4, off to Grossetto near Rome, Game
August 5 Rome visit Colosseum and more, Game
August 6 St. Peters Church and Game
August 7, Depart for the USA
