Beverley and I, along with Caliendo/Corzano Italy Tours, are thrilled that you will be joining us — or considering joining us — on our upcoming Italy Tour.
This is a very special experience, limited to only 26 adults, making it personal, comfortable, and truly unique. March is also an excellent time to travel in Italy, with generally good weather.
We are a unique company because we combine visits to Italy’s major cities with unforgettable small towns and historic churches like St. Peter’s and Assisi. You’ll also enjoy cooking classes hosted by top chefs ( Paolo Teverini former Pope’s Chef) and tastings at outstanding vineyards. Not to foget a tour of many of the cities.

March 3–12, 2027 Price: $3,990 per person + flight You will book your own airfare. We will send clear instructions on when to arrive and when to depart so your travel matches the group schedule.

Schedule
March 2 — Depart USA
Your international journey begins as you depart from your home airport. Arrive the next day in Rome, Fiumicino airport (FCO)
March 3 — Arrival in Rome (FCO) Check into the hotel.
Arrive at Rome FCO Airport. Take your shuttle (instructions on catching the shuttle will come later) on your own to the Mercure Fiumicino hotel (8 minutes away). Enjoy free time and dinner on your own. Evening welcome gathering with the group around 6:30 pm.

March 4 — Rome: St. Peter’s, Sistine Chapel & Historic Center: Transfer to Frascati hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel included in cost, followed by professionally guided tours of St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Enjoy lunch on your own in the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. In the afternoon, take a guided walking tour through Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. End the day with a wonderful dinner prepared by renowned You Tube chef Simone Buzzi, paired with a complimentary glass of regional wine at your Frascati hotel.

March 5 — Rome: Colosseum & Frascati Wine Country
Breakfast at hotel included. Guided tour of the Colosseum. Lunch and free time in Rome. Afternoon wine tasting at Olivella Winery in Frascati. Dinner at the hotel by Chef Buzzi.
March 6 — Montepulciano • Siena • Florence, Check out of the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel included. Depart for Montepulciano for Crociani wine cellar tasting with antipasto. Continue to Siena for a guided tour. Dinner and wine at your Florence hotel.

March 7 — Florence: Full Day Tour, check out of hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. included Guided tour of Florence including major landmarks. Lunch on your own. Free time for shopping and exploring. Dinner and wine at your Florence hotel.
March 8 — Modena • Verona • Padova: Check into Padova hotel.
Breakfast at hotel included. Tour a Parmesan factory in Modena with tasting. Guided tour of Verona. Napoli‑style custom pizza dinner in Padova.

March 9 — Venice • Murano • Bagno di Romagna, Check out of the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. included Private boat ride to Murano for a glass‑blowing demonstration and shopping. Boat ride to Venice, optional gondola ride (40 euro per person, 4‑person gondola). Lunch on your own and free time in Venice. Depart for Bagno di Romagna. Dinner with regional wine at The Tosca Hotel by Michelin‑star chef Paolo Teverini, former Popes chef.

March 10 — Cooking Class & Thermal Spa
Breakfast at the hotel. Hands‑on cooking class with chef Paolo Teverini— enjoy the lunch you prepare. Relax in the thermal bath rooftop pool or enjoy local shopping. Hotel located in the historical typical Italian town. Chef’s dinner with wine. Private tour of the chef’s wine cellar.
March 11 — Assisi • Return to Rome, check out of hotel.
Depart for Assisi for a guided tour. Lunch on your own. Return to Mercure Fiumicino hotel in Rome for a farewell dinner party. Arrange your shuttle for the next morning.
March 12 — Departure from Rome (FCO) Check out of hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. Return to Rome Airport (FCO) by your arranged shuttle time. Fly back to the USA.
